These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Luxury Watch website and the purchase of our products. By using our website and placing orders, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Orders

Preorders:

  • A pre-order is an order for an item that has not yet been released or is out of stock. Pre-ordered items will be shipped to customers once available, allowing customers to secure products before they are in stock.

Change or Cancellation:

  • Customers can change or cancel an order within 24 hours. Contact us immediately at info@premiumjewellery.shop for order changes or cancellations.
  • Free order cancellations.
  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled after 24 hours, as we order necessary spare parts individually for each client.

Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If you don’t receive the email, contact us for assistance.
  • New tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are available if the parcel has not been shipped, subject to a $35 fee to cover payment gateway charges.
  • If you request a refund for your own reasons after shipping, additional charges will apply.

Shipping

Delivery Time:

  • We ship within 15 business days after order placement.
  • Delivery time is approximately 25 business days, with potential variations due to the COVID-19 situation and local post office workload.

Taxes and Duties:

  • Import duties and taxes are not included in the price and are the buyer’s responsibility. Local government may charge VAT and customs duties.

Incorrect Delivery Address:

  • We can resend the package to the correct address or offer a refund.
  • For refund requests, a $90 fee is applicable, covering shipping costs, payment processing, refund service, and import taxes.

Lost Parcel:

  • If you haven’t received your parcel 90 business days after it was shipped, we can arrange for a replacement shipment or a refund.

Parcel Not Picked Up:

  • If you fail to pick up the parcel from the post office yourself, a partial refund will be issued. The refund includes commissions for delivery, refund service, and production costs, totaling $90.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Our items are custom-made on pre-order, and all sales are final.
  • Items are sold “as is” and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • No warranties or returns are offered.
